Delivery of the head office in MEDEF (77)

AXESS Ile de France Nord is supporting Logicor through a Real Estate Promotion Contract (CPI) in the creation of a real estate complex primarily used as an industrial building, with a surface area of 5,200 m².
The operation involves the construction of 2 new buildings: an office building which will be the new head office of the Hiab France company and an industrial activity building which will be equipped with 5 15T overhead cranes. AXESS offers a “turnkey” solution for carrying out this project which integrates the industrial process of the company Hiab France.
The project, classified BREEAM VERY GOOD, will be designed and implemented in compliance with environmental rules. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the activity building.
Located less than 7 km from the two historic production sites of Hiab France, the Coignières project, designed by the architects of the ARCHI DS workshop, is part of the continuity of the activity of this company in the area. This new site will allow the manufacturer to increase its production capacity and improve the process of these activities.
