To do this, our teams analyse the measures to be implemented, from design onwards, to achieve the target certification levels, whilst optimising the technical and economic balance of the operation.

As a signatory to the Afilog Charter, AXESS has also set itself an objective of reducing greenhouse gas emissions on sites implemented by the company and within teams.

Local partnerships
On worksites, Axess establishes local partnerships with companies for waste recovery and recycling. We also select partners who can set up channels for recovery and reuse of materials.
Most of the projects are also subject to a life cycle analysis to measure the carbon impact of the buildings constructed and to make provisions for improvement in energy performance throughout their life cycle.
