Delivery of the head office in MEDEF (77)

A new success for AXTOM DEVELOPPEMENT in the Western region with the rehabilitation and transformation of a former logistics building into an “adPark” business park of approximately 7,500 m², spread over 2 buildings.
The first phase, with a total surface area of approximately 6,100 m², was delivered on May 26, 2020. At this stage, 11 out of 12 lots had already found buyers, largely thanks to CAP TRANSACTIONS group, main partner in the marketing of this program.
