Construction of a multi-storey industrial building for one of the global leaders in orthopedics and medical-surgical equipment in Cestas (33).

Axess Sud-Atlantique delivered this building for a major industrial organisation in Cestas (33).

This 3,500 m² building, divided over two floors, provides production areas as well as relaxing spaces for employee well-beling, including a cafeteria and some changing rooms.

This extension project, with ICPE classification, was presented with several technical challenges, including optimisation of land use, improvement in energy efficiency, by making use of an adiabatic cooling system that can save up to 50% a year in electricity costs, and continuity of on-site activity during the construction phase, by using real-time vibration sensors to ensure that production could be carried out safely in our customer’s building.
